Who We Are and What We Do

Conflexion specializes in custom solutions for planning, scheduling, and analysis. Our previous work has involved manufacturing system design and analysis, personnel scheduling, work-in-process visibility and production planning, scheduling and forecasting. Many of our custom solutions involve web-based development and we specialize in developing complete turn-key solutions. Our solutions can be stand-alone or can interact with existing systems to extract input data, report results, or both. We have developed, deployed, and currently provide support for systems that support single users to systems that support thousands of users.


We have significant experience with discrete-event simulation modeling and analysis projects. Conflexion is a Simio Partner and one of our senior partners is co-author of a popular Simio textbook. In addition, we have given 1, 2 and 3-day short courses on simulation modeling and analysis with the commercial simulation packages Simio and Arena. We also have experience developing custom simulation-based analysis tools to fit very specific needs.
